I specialize in parliamentary procedure, board governance and nonprofit membership management. Skill sets developed through my consultation and partnership will allow you to understand not just the fiduciary responsibility one carries while operating as an Executive Board Member, but the responsibilities in maintaining a productive and inclusive company that expands its portfolio through ethical business decisions and through Robert’s Rules of order. Clients that undergo my Parliamentarian services will leave more confident in running corporate Boards and nonprofit organizations as well have strong, more effective ways, to engage with their own customers, nonprofit members, or company shareholders.
The Philadelphia CannaBusiness Association
I’m working on building an organization of entrepreneurs and community stakeholders who seek to R.E.P.A.I.R the damage done by cannabis prohibition. R.E.P.A.I.R stands for Reparations, Equity, Politics & Policy, Abolition, Inclusion & Reinvestment. We hope to not only help Pennsylvania legalize cannabis, but wish to build a hemp co-op as an opportunity for returning people to participate in the plant-touching space.

Color of Cannabis
The Color of Cannabis Conference was Philadelphia’s first cannabis conference organized and run by a Black media nonprofit (The Philadelphia Association of Black Journalists). The conference, which was a series of workshops focused on educating the public on the nuance and context of cannabis legalization in 2019, evolved into profiling and highlighting BIPOC cannabis entrepreneurs from around the country.
